Computer Courses Boost Beginners, Enhance Experts

Computer courses offered through the Office of Continuing Education at the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley are designed to boost the beginner or enhance the expert user. All courses are taught on the UWFox campus on Midway Road in Menasha.
“Basic Web Page Design” will teach students the HTML code needed to create a basic web page with formatted text, images and links. The course is held three Wednesdays on October 4, 11 and 18 from 6:45-8:45 p.m. The fee is $79 until September 19 and $89 thereafter. Course text is extra.
Experienced Microsoft Word users will benefit from “Word for the Serious User.” This course covers mail merging, tables, bullets and numbering, templates, graphics and customized toolbars. Classes are held three Thursdays: October 5, 12 and 19 from 6:45-8:45 p.m. The cost is $69 until September 19 and $79 after that date.
