Fox Cry Review, the literary annual of the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley, is holding its annual reading at noon on Thursday, October 20, in room 1348. Local poet Kathryn Gahl of Two Rivers is the featured reader.
Now in its thirty-first year of publication, Fox Cry Review is one of the oldest literary magazines in the nation associated with a two-year college campus. The magazine regularly publishes fiction and poetry submitted by acclaimed writers from across the nation.
UWFox students, faculty, and staff are invited to the free event. The event is also free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served after the reading. Copies of the magazine will be for sale at $6.00. After that date, the magazine will be available in the campus bookstore. The University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley is located at 1478 Midway Road, Menasha. For more information, contact Will Curl, UWFox lecturer in English, at (920) 832-2664.
