Counseling Services

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide confidential assistance to UWFox students who would like to be better equipped to succeed at UWFox and in life. Counseling Services’ goal is to help students achieve greater  intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual growth. We strive to be an ally to our students, faculty, and staff by promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.

If you would like to see a counselor, please feel free to call (920-832-2697) or stop by the Counseling Services office. If you feel uncertain about whether counseling is for you, we hope you will make an appointment for an introductory meeting and discuss your reservations with a counselor. There is no obligation to continue and no fees.

Appointments

To make an appointment you may come to the Counseling Services office during our business hours or call 920-832-2697.

There is some brief paperwork that students are required to fill out at time of first contact with the Counseling Services. Students are also asked to provide contact information so paperwork can be mailed to them. If you would like to download the forms and fill them out beforehand, feel free to do so, the links are below:

PLEASE NOTE: If you schedule an appointment at the Counseling Services and cannot keep it, you are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to allow that time to be used with another student. Thank you for your cooperation.
