UWFox students, faculty, and staff can access numerous training materials (documents or videos) that cover topics such as D2L, MS Office, Adobe, photography, video/audio editing and even email marketing and Google Analytics. Visit lynda.com page for more information.
Microsoft Home Use Program (Microsoft HUP)
Through UW Colleges' participation in the Microsoft Home Use Program, eligible employees can purchase the software for $9.95 and use it at home. Download the PDF for more information.
Clientless VPN through a web browser
These instructions will allow you to use a remote access tool (VPN) outside of the UW-Extension and UW-Colleges network to gain access to network drives.

Every staff has a survey tool account created in Qualtrics. Qualtrics is a web-based survey service that is available for use by all UW-Colleges and Extension faculty, staff and students. You can use the software to create and share surveys, collect data, and produce reports. Training resources can be found on Qualtrics University. You can also contact Evelyn Li for more information.
