If you are unable to log on to the campus email via Outlook Web Access, you might need to fix the settings in your browser.
The most common error is that OWA (Outlook Web Access) starts up, the inbox says: 'Loading', but nothing happens.
Please check the following settings:
Proxy Setting:
- Choose Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings
Language Preference:
- Choose Tools > Internet Options > General > Languages
- Make sure that minimum one language is chosen e.g. English[en].
Security Setting
- Choose Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level
- Then set up the security setting as seen below.
