Fit at Fox - Healthy Mind and Fit Body

Our primary goal is to develop and/or maintain functional strength in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. Items addressed are balance, nutrition, and flexibility, along with the mainstays of aerobic and resistance training. Instructor-led class with audience favorite, Thain Jones. An UWFox Fitness Instructor since 1986, has a BS in Physical Education and Biology. Thain is a well-respected and successful high school track/cross country coach.

Fall Session

  • 17 Weeks: September 8, 2015 through January 28, 2016

Fit at Fox: Punch Card

Not sure about a 17 week commitment?  Get a Punch Card! These plans are best for those who need a flexible schedule.  Do you want to be able to carry your bags of groceries, pick up your grandkids or shovel your sidewalk? You will be able to do more and enjoy quality of life longer, by staying fit! Individuals utilizing punch cards will have access to the fitness center anytime the instructor is present (all 3 sessions available).Still an instructor-led class.

  • Course Fee:$65 (10 sessions) or $145 (25 sessions)
