Q: How will I know where my classroom is?
A: All of the classroom locations are listed under "My Class Details" on our website page. There will also be signage on gray signs throughout the campus building with the room number and arrows indication where to go. You may also find this internal map helpful.
Q: What is the Office of Continuing Education's Cancellation Policy?
A: The Office of Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel classes with low enrollment. We will notify all registered individuals at that time. You may call The Office of Continuing Education to verify the class status.

Q: What is the Office of Continuing Education's Weather Policy?
A: In case of inclement weather, do not call the university. Class cancellations are announced on the following radio and television stations:
Radio: WAPL (105.7 FM), WKFX (104.9 FM), WUSW (96 FM), WROE (94.3 FM), WOZZ (93.5 FM), WOSH (1490 AM), WHBY (1150 AM)
Television: WBAY (Channel 2), WFRV (Channel 5), FOX (Channel 11)
Note: If you have cable, the channel numbers may vary.
Q: What are the Refund and Attendance Policies?
A: If we do not have sufficient enrollment to cover our costs within 3 working days of the class start date, we may cancel the class. We will make every effort to notify you on the change or cancellations. In the event or cancellation by us, we'll provide the student with a 100% refund or transfer to an equivalent class.
If you withdraw from a class or transfer to another class:
- 100% refund for all withdrawals or transfers made three or more business days (Monday-Friday) before the first day of class
- 80% refund for all withdrawals or transfers made one or two business days (Monday-Friday) before the first day of class
- 0% refund for all withdrawals or transfers made the day class begins
